Enable users to configure the user module trough a job

Description

Currently the user has to modify the module.json of the user module himself if he wants to change something. This should be possible trough epm.

Use-Cases

• The epm user:edit job is available
• The user can edit his name
• The user can edit the modules he wants to load always
