Support WebDAV remote hosts

Description

It would be great if the WebDAV protocol could be used to access a remote server. WebDAV works over HTTP(S) and can be used in combination with NextCloud services. It would be a great way to host project files without having to set up a SFTP server.

Use-Cases

• The WebDavHostController and WebDavModel are available
• A WebDav option is available for epm project:clone
